Roman Potato Salad

Ingredients:


4 Ounces Lean cooked ham or prosciutto, julienned

2 medium Potatoes cooked, peeled julienned

4 Ounces Emmenthaler, Jarlsberg or Gruyere cheese, julienned

1 medium tart green apple, peeled, cored, julienned

1 small red onion, finely sliced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine the ham, potatoes, cheese, apple and onion in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper, toss gently but thoroughly. Adjust seasoning, serve chilled.
